Reflexology
REFLEXOLOGY is a healing modality applied to feet, hands and ears. Practiced for over 5000 years in many countries, reflexology is the application of specific techniques and pressures applied following the meridians of the body, much like acupressure or acupunture. Reflexology is a highly effective and relaxing service. It is not painful and most report a very high sense of relaxation and well-being. It is effective for conditions that affect the central nervous system, such as headaches and restless leg syndrome. It is helpful for back pain, PTSD, sinus pain and pressure and many ailments common in today’s stressful world. Services range from 60 to 90 minutes, focusing on feet, hands and ears.
